  • The term “Acquibots 3D Printing” or “we/us/our” refers to the website owner.

  • The term “you” refers to the user, visitor, or customer of our website.

  • By using this website or purchasing from us, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Services

  • All products are custom 3D printed as per the specifications shared by the customer.

  • Product images displayed on the website are for reference only — the final product may vary slightly in color, surface texture, and finish, depending on filament material, print orientation, and model geometry.

  • Visible layer lines, support marks, or minor surface irregularities are inherent to FDM 3D printing and are not considered defects.

  • We reserve the right to decline an order if the 3D model design is impractical, violates copyright, or is unsuitable for printing.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST).

  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store any payment card details.

  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Process

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • For custom designs, printing begins after receiving the final model and approval.

  • Once the printing process starts, cancellation is not allowed (refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are dispatched after quality checks and shipped through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery times are mentioned in our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Acquibots 3D Printing unless otherwise stated.

  • Uploading or submitting 3D models for printing confirms that you hold the rights or permissions to reproduce the design.

  • We are not liable for any copyright infringement caused by customer-submitted files.

7. Quality and Limitations

  • 3D printed products may have visible layer patterns, small support marks, or slight variations due to the nature of additive manufacturing.

  • Product strength, flexibility, and surface quality depend on the chosen material, infill, and geometry.

  • We strive for accuracy, but minor dimensional deviations (±0.5 mm) may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Acquibots 3D Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts.
