Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Acquibots 3D Printing (Owned and Operated by Hetvi Vrushank Maharajwalla), each product is made on-demand and customized according to your specifications. Because 3D-printed items are produced individually, our refund and cancellation terms are designed to balance fairness and practicality.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, only if printing has not started.

  • Once the 3D printing process begins, the order cannot be cancelled, as the product is made exclusively for you.

  • To cancel an order within the allowed time, contact us immediately at acquibots3d@gmail.com or +91 9909054460 with your order ID.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  • If the product is not delivered within the estimated time due to our fault.

  • If the product is damaged during shipping and reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

  • If a duplicate payment is made by mistake.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Custom 3D printed items that meet the design and printing specifications.

  • Minor visual imperfections, such as visible layer lines, surface texture, or small support marks, which are natural characteristics of 3D-printed parts.

  • Differences in color shade or finish due to filament material or lighting variations.

  • Design errors or incorrect dimensions provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

  • Shipping or transaction charges are non-refundable unless the fault lies with us.

  • For prepaid orders processed via Razorpay, the refund will appear automatically in your account once processed.

4. Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images or videos.

  • Once verified, a replacement or partial refund will be issued as per the case.
