Shipping Policy

At Acquibots 3D Printing (Owned and Operated by Hetvi Vrushank Maharajwalla), we take great care in producing, packing, and shipping your customized 3D printed products safely and on time.

1. Processing Time

Each product is custom-made to order.
Standard 3D print processing and quality checking take 3–7 business days, depending on product complexity, size, and print queue.
Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation through Razorpay.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery within India: Usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.
Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take longer (up to 10–12 days).
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Courier Partners

We partner with trusted courier companies such as Shiprocket, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, or India Post to ensure reliable and trackable deliveries.
Once your product is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

4. Packaging & Handling

All 3D printed items are packed securely using protective materials to prevent transit damage.
We ensure every product is checked for dimensional accuracy and print quality before dispatch.
Minor surface variations, visible layer lines, or support mark traces are part of the 3D printing process and do not qualify as defects.

5. Delivery Issues

In case your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at acquibots3d@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package.
We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct during checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
